Why do lead seals need to be used with chips of different frequencies
As a non-touch automatic identification skills, RFID skills are widely used in many occupations. Examples include the industrial and logistics category, which includes property tracking and logistics, waste handling, animal identification, retail and manufacturing, and healthcare. The reason why lead seals should be deployed with chips of different frequencies depends primarily on its wide range of occupations. The use of each occupation is almost based on the need to deploy lead seals of different frequencies.
With the continuous development of RFID technology, the chip is classified into low frequency, high frequency, ultra high frequency, microwave and other frequency bands according to different frequencies. And different occupations need to be based on the use of different methods, and then select the relative frequency of the chip.
For example, the logistics transfer center will use NFC mobile phones to read plastic seals with high-frequency chips to tie up express bags. The power inspection center will use lead seals with ultra-high frequency chips to facilitate reading out-of-reach intervals.
The animal ear tag will have a low frequency chip on it to sense the number of animals. The lead seal deployment chip not only provides only an identification code for safe marking, but also adds new impetus to the improvement of work efficiency, waiting for more lead seals with chips to be presented and applied in the production days in the future.
